A HANDS-ON APPROACH TO REAL-WORLD TRAINING
The aim of our action-based learning approach is to strike the right balance between theory and practice. This ensures you acquire hands-on knowledge and skills, which you can immediately apply upon returning to the workplace.
We combine:
• Case studies, workshops and interactive roleplays to develop strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
• Team work to enable you to share experience, learn how to prioritize and deliver your group assignments collectively. We firmly believe that you learn just as much from your classmates as from the professors.
• Testimonials from senior executives and industry experts to provide valuable, real-life insights on key managerial trends and issues.
LEARNING SUPPORT
Facilities and extensive online resources enable you to explore or complete certain aspects of the program in greater depth. They can be accessed through a dedicated online intranet, the London and Madrid Campus Library and OpenVija Campus Learning Center.
DIGITAL LEARNING
We continually strive to push the boundaries of what today’s classroom and the classroom of the future will look like. Webinars, online resources and discussion forums play a prominent role in the curriculum. Our goal is to provide you with content at home to ensure that you arrive in class adequately prepared.
This will free up valuable class time for interactive group work and will optimize peer-to-peer learning and networking opportunities. Our objective is to gradually add more and more digital learning to the EMBA curriculum over the next few years to enhance and optimize the face-to-face learning experience.
